Walkways, Patios and Driveways add 30% more than they cost to the value of the home according to our Realtor friends. Maybe it’s a walk from the driveway to the porch, or around the garage to the back yard, or the entire pool deck, possibly a patio with multiple levels, and even driveways can be made with pavers.  We can also now offer permeable pavers, which are great for controlling runoff as we do our part for the Chesapeake Bay Conservation.

ICPI certification means we are educated and tested by the Industry on the standards to which the engineers designed the pavers so you get the best installation possible.  We continually attend recurrent training at every level.

Like everything we do at AMJ Landscaping Inc, you are the most important part of the project.  First, we will meet out at the house for an hour or so to talk about how you want to live in your new space, plus walk the property, check the site conditions, grading and space to perform the work.  We will ask lots of questions and have some recommendations so we can move forward and start with a design sketch.  Within two weeks we will meet at the AMJ Customer Design Center to look at materials and finalize the paperwork.
